Day began with a big breakfast (including more matoke, of course) and some indoor activities. Crowd was getting a little restless after lunch so we headed outside for a potato sack race and some time on the challenge course that is set up next door to the main building. Kids really enjoyed it. Knowing that everyone in Uganda is absolutely crazed about soccer, I ended the day with the opening match of the United Jinja Football Association Champions Cup Tournament (otherwise known as the UJFA Cup) with Jinja Arsenal squaring off against Manchester Uganda. Arsenal took the match 3 to 1.
